What's the difference between Single Event and Annual?
Single Event is a one-time $99 pass that unlocks one full-featured company event — all games, unlimited participants, automatic scoring. Annual is $999 per company per year and unlocks the complete platform: 48 events across the year (4 per month), recurring scheduling & reminders, seasons & streaks, the rewards wallet, Slack/Teams & calendar integrations and advanced analytics. If you plan more than a couple of events a year, Annual is the better value.
Is there a limit on users or admins?
No. Both plans include unlimited participants and unlimited admin accounts. You pay per company, never per seat — invite your whole organization at no extra cost.
What games are included?
Every plan includes the full game library: live quizzes, bingo, draws & sweepstakes, anagram, daily Sudoku and Minesweeper puzzles, the AI Business Management simulation and the Club Boss football league. We don't gate games behind higher tiers, and new formats are added over time.
Can we run events with remote employees?
Yes. Everything is browser-based, so office, hybrid and remote employees join the same event from anywhere in the world — no venue, no downloads, no logistics.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, and an invoice is emailed to you after purchase. Annual is one flat price per company per year — not per employee — and there are no setup fees.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Many companies start with a Single Event pass and upgrade to Annual anytime from Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. Your remaining event credit stays available.
Do participants need to install anything?
No. Participants join from any modern browser through a link or an email/magic invitation — nothing to download and no accounts to set up.
Do you offer discounts?
We run occasional regional pricing and non-profit campaigns — eligible companies see discounted prices automatically on the in-app subscription page. For anything else, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
